Our fourth local university has just been named the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

‘Design and Technology’ sounds better la.

 

Gone batty

Batman owned. The plot may have had more twists than a bag of twisties, but I felt that the cast’s performance was spectacular, not just Ledger’s. 

Plus, the Asian bad guy is Singaporean! omfg we’re finally making waves overseas!!! Mr. Chin Han is certainly a master of the seas, heh.

Small Singapore

Look what I found on youtube… a song titled ‘Singapore’!

It has 3 times the number of hits as last year’s NDP song.

I can infer from these numbers that more people on youtube associate Singapore with Tom Waits than with our sunny island itself. Gee, we’re small.
